Qualified candidates will know and understand the Consumer Goods, Consumer Health and/or Food industries and have proven experience selling professional services. Looking for someone who excels selling to the C-Suite, VP's and Directors across many functions (R&D, Innovation, Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial areas). Preferable to have existing CPG relationships to build on. Looking for someone with a strong desire to win and a self-starter who feels ownership for activities and results.

Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sale.
Establish relationships with existing and new customers and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
Prospect for new opportunities using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as social selling and networking with our internal network and other industry experts.
Qualify prospects and consult on business challenges and requirements that lead to opportunity identification.
Make presentations and lead discussions with senior managers and decision makers.
Draft and deliver proposals and statements of work.
Manage the Engagement Process by working with YourEncore Account Delivery Managers and Client Engagement Leaders to identify, define and establish new projects:
Works closely with client Engagement Leaders, YourEncore Account Delivery Managers and Experts to ensure understanding of skill requirements, timeliness, and critical success factors in order to execute a Statement of Work.
Schedules client facing screening and presales calls.
Manages pipeline activities until a final Statement of Work is approved.
Presents experts for client approval.
Adheres to back end processes.
Account Strategy & Planning
Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
Work with the practice leader and team on client targeting
Develop account penetration and diversification plans and execute on them.
Provide forecasts on revenue and sales volumes
Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
Manage revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT), including portfolio based pricing and margin strategy.
