NES Global Talent's client is a fantastic on line retailer based in Manchester. The role will be to start ASAP and will be paid between £20-25k dependent upon skills and experience.

The Role

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will work with the senior email designer on the design, build, testing, usability and segmentation of weekly emails to our customer base. This includes emails to their retail customer base in the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands, as well as working with the trade team to produce regular emails for their customer base.

Other responsibilities include:

Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention through email marketing

Reporting on and analysing campaign results

Building tests to optimise performance eg Time of day, subject line, offers

Working with the social team to help produce striking content for the blog and social media channels when necessary. SKILLS AND EXPEREINCE

1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within an eCommerce environment

Highly proficient and extremely creative with relevant design tools, Photoshop in particular.

Experience with email marketing

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS (Familiar with email friendly code and responsive design)

Knowledge of the latest web design trends, usability and ergonomics.

Unrivalled attention to detail and proofreading skills.

Organised and structured approach to work

Have a passion for all things Internet and design, with excellent web savvy and creative flair. DESIRABLE
